He always gave his influences credit too. Snobs have accused him of ripping off Freddie King, B.B. King, J.J. Cale and Robert Johnson. He would be the first one to admit yes and then invite them on his tour to play with as well. He’s a very respectable guy.

Clapton’s hands must have something no one else does…. his tone and sounds is ridic and even if you had the same equip you couldn’t make that guitar cry that he does. “Clapton is GOD”
