My understanding is that it is technically illegal in Canada (however unenforced) to
1) Export/Import these drugs (e.g. Weed, heroin, crack, speed, cocaine, LSD)
2) Possess these drugs
3) Sell these drugs
4) Purchase these drugs
5) Consume these drugs
HOWEVER, does the law disallow someone from “Donating these drugs” or “Winning these drugs” as like a Grand Prize in a show like Jeopardy or Family Feud or “The Price is Right”?
If the person WINS the drugs…. then it is afterwards unknown if the drugs have been possessed by the winner….
then isn’t this a loophole, or correct me on Canadian law.
Also what about “Manufacturing” the drugs but not “possessing” them…. meaning that some plant is growing in a public space.
if grown in public park space, that would mean “The Public” possesses it technically you would have to arrest every single person in Canada…
