Just so you know anhedonia is the inability to feel pleasure.

No there are no treatments specifically for anhedonia as a stand-alone condition. All the treatments would be the same as for depression.

So it would be; anti–depressants and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other talking therapies of various flavours ; exercise, possibly a change to a healthy diet if that was a factor and things like that. Avoidance I suppose of drugs of abuse – cocaine, amphetamines – if this is a factor

If anhedonia is a symptom of some other disorder then the treatments would be for that. It can be a symptom of schizophrenia and so on.
