No, that’s an addiction that is going to be with him the rest of his life. Talk to a person that used to smoke cigarettes. If their honest they will tell you they still get cravings even after 2-5-10-20-30 years. Cocaine is the same way! What your brother needs to do is have the inner strength to work his way through those cravings. Major problem is the legal system it doesn’t give a lot of chances to clean up before they put your butt in jail, which is by far the easiest place in the world to get dope.
