you could probably google all of that.

The effect on the unborn child is that the child becomes addicted to cocaine and if the mom uses long enough can even cause premature labor and fetal death. IF they are born addicted, more than likely the child is taken away from the mother and placed on Methadone in a way to wean the baby off the drugs. They often scream for hours at a time, they cannot tolerate being held, rocked, cradled, touched or light. It’s quite a shame.
