I don’t know if abusing cocaine causes brain cancer, but, as you know, it certainly affects the brain and gives much damage. In 1996, 61 psychiatrically ill patients who also suffered from addiction to cocaine or alcohol were given brain imagery tests. The results? It was proven that cocaine abuse significantly worsens, even causes, brain abnormalities such as ADHD, major depression, mental distress, anxiety disorder, and paranoid schizophrenia. This is by no doubt connected to the fact that cocaine itself is a dopamine, a secretion responsible for the physical and psychological effects of euphoria: By providing this dopamine, cocaine shuts down the brain’s natural production of dopamine, and thus, the brain becomes dependent on cocaine to provide any sort of “happiness.”

Curious myself, I looked into cocaine and brain cancer for you on the Internet, but could find no credible source. Can cocaine and its limiting of dopamine eventually cause the brain to have cancer? I suppose that is something science is yet to find.
