yes, there definitely are meetings in your area….
If you are looking for help with cocaine addiction here is the cocaine anonymous website. You can bring your spouse there and if it is an open meeting you can usu sally attend too.

What is most appropriate for you though is alanon or coda. I personally prefer coda but check both, You want a meeting that feels safe and comfortable for you.
