Physical Symptoms After a Cocaine Binge?

Question by Hiii it’s Emma: Physical symptoms after a cocaine binge?
Last Friday a friend of mine did almost a gram of cocaine by himself. Now he’s complaining about pains and cramps on the right side of his torso and when I feel it it’s almost like his organs are swollen? I’m trying to get him to go to the doctor with me but he’s afraid of getting in trouble if he explains what happened. I just wanted to know if this is normal and whether or not it will go away. It’s already been almost five days and the pain is still there. I don’t really know what to do. Suggestions?

I am not sure, but I think patient doctor confidentiality would protect him, but one the other hand if his organs are swollen and he dies that could be worse. He need to go and right up front tell them what I tell you is confidential.
