my friend just sniffed sugar from a baby bottle pop and got an allergic reaction and his eyes are all red and he is sneezing any advice

its not an allergic reaction hes getting hyper really fast and the sugar is f*ing with his sinuses fo that is causing his eyes to redden and water and him to sneeze and he’ll probably have a dry nose and itchy throat for abut 5 mins
